Growing the Bay to be the greatest
BayTrust was formed in 1988 primarily to fund community groups, with over $2.8m of grants paid out in 2015 to groups from Katikati to Turangi to Cape Runaway including Rotorua, Taupo, Tauranga and Whakatane.
Bay Trust came to MOCA for a website that was community focused and would be an educational tool that showcased the projects they are supporting to promote growth in the region.
The new website supplies an easy gateway to the funding application process with an eligibility tree so groups can easily check whether they are eligible to apply. Providing flexibility to respond to stakeholder requests and announcements proactively, BayTrust are able to easily manage the content of their new website including content and images on their home page.
