Tauranga Art Gallery is a public art gallery that researches and presents exhibitions of historical, modern and contemporary art. The Gallery is in the heart of Tauranga’s CBD directly opposite Creative Tauranga and a stone’s throw away from the new Hairy Maclary Sculpture Project, all of which forms a creative hub.
The Gallery's previous website had become cumbersome to manage and was outdated. The time was right to extend the traditional boundaries of the physical presence and provide a visually rewarding online experience that was professional and reflected the Gallery aspirations through exhibitions, education resources, events and programmes.
The new website can be easily updated and has also streamlined processes such as event registration, online form submittals and promotions.
